The Memphis Room: Located off the living room, the Memphis Room enjoys a large pair of windows facing west. This room has a king-sized bed, private bathroom facilities, antique furniture and artistic lighting, Art Deco heat registers, tongue and groove pine ceiling and walls with antique oak flooring. The largest of the three bedrooms on the first floor, the Memphis Room contains an antique art print, an antique sit-down vanity with oval mirror and needlepoint cushion chair, and an usual hanging cupboard.
The Carbondale Room: This is our deluxe suite. This room offers our most spacious accommodation, with a luxurious king-sized bed. There is a free-standing shower in the room, and a separate bathroom area featuring an unusual antique corner sink, corner fireplace and a brick chimney. The Carbondale Room is located on the second story, providing secluded privacy from the downstairs area. There are triple windows facing west, which offer a great view of sunset. Your room a pair of original Craftsman bookcases. There is an artistic use of light and space with high ceilings and (like every bedroom), a pleasant view of Pulliam Clocktower on the SIU campus.
